Luxe Cleaning Co provides residential cleaning services in Meridian, Idaho.
Cleaning services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Customers agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
2. Pricing and Payment
Service rates are based on the size and condition of the home. Luxe Cleaning Co reserves the right to adjust pricing based on additional cleaning needs.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
Late payments may result in additional fees.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Luxe Cleaning Co reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If a customer is dissatisfied with any part of the service, they must notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. Luxe Cleaning Co will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
5. Liability & Damages
While Luxe Cleaning Co takes the utmost care in handling your belongings, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured.
Customers must inform Luxe Cleaning Co of any fragile or high-value items before the cleaning appointment.
Luxe Cleaning Co is insured and will assess claims of accidental damage on a case-by-case basis.
6. Access and Security
Customers agree to provide a safe working environment for our cleaners, including securing pets and valuable items.
If Luxe Cleaning Co employees feel unsafe, they reserve the right to leave the property, and the customer will still be charged for the appointment.
